We have an additional panel discussion taking place during the leadership breakfast. The breakfast starts at 9.00am in Wellington, followed by the panel discussion from 9.30am. The session will be live streamed for all attendees to join and recorded for you to watch at a later time. 

During the registration process you’ll be given the option to register face to face for this for catering purposes.


Online & On-demand:

All sessions will be live streaming online as a digital experience. There will be live Q&A for all attendees. Can’t tune in on the day? Sessions will also be recorded and sent to you on-demand for you to view in your own time.

Alena Bennett CA
Obsessed with unleashing the power of purpose, Alena is a speaker, author, mentor, team facilitator, leadership coach and Chartered Accountant who loves to get in front of people and provoke conversations around issues that matter. She runs a Leading Women in Finance Network and is the author of the leadership book, “Meaning Matters: Results Beyond the Numbers”, written for women in finance. Alena is the go-to for CFOs and their teams looking for next-level success.  


Cat Feaunati
Cat has vast experience in the banking industry both here in New Zealand and the UK. Cat has led teams within the commercial and consumer space leading teams in both for a number of years, and is currently the Head of Consumer Banking for Central Region at Westpac.  In this role she is responsible for the Westpac branch network from Wellington up to the Bay of Plenty.  Outside of work she is kept busy by her four teenage girls!


Cat Levine
Cat has spent the last 20 years speaking around New Zealand and overseas, dedicating herself to the study of human behaviour and mental wellbeing. Since Covid, there has been an increased demand to speak in schools and workplaces about how to manage stress, anxiety and depression. One thing that unites it all is what makes us tick as humans - how can we find happiness and fulfillment, by understanding ourselves and others, and creating greater connections. 

 

Claire Turnbull
Claire is a qualified nutritionist and best-selling author who has been working in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. She regularly features on Breakfast TV, Fair Go, and Newstalk ZB.  Claire’s approach is practical, realistic and down to earth. She juggles her work and two businesses alongside two little boys who are 3 and 6, so she really knows how to walk the talk when it comes to living well with a full on life! 

 
Corrinne Armour
Corrinne is Australia’s leading thinker in Fearless Leadership. Over 10 years in corporate leadership roles, 2½ years living and teaching in the jungle on the edge of a warzone, and almost 15 years in and out of board rooms working with senior leaders, she’s gained much to share with audiences. She has written 2 books on leadership, and two specialist texts on human behaviour used by consultants worldwide. Corrinne shares lessons that help leaders access untapped potential through stepping up to courageous conversations that build trust and move us all forward.


Josephine Kinsella
A C Suite professional and known for holding some interesting and challenging leadership roles and project contracts. The former CEO/ Director of a large-scale business operating in New Zealand, Josephine more recently entered her own private consultancy-based project & management advisory business focused on New Zealand and US Markets. Her diverse and agile leadership experience through a variety of industries from GM International in Tertiary Education, executive leadership roles in Property & Aviation/transport sectors, start-up phase to established rebrands, Passionate about people and well-seasoned in change leadership, governance, compliance, growth and CX. 


Kirsten Patterson
Kirsten (known as KP) is the Institute of Directors Chief Executive. She is a qualified lawyer and a Chartered Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand, member of the Executive Committee of the Global Network of Directors Institutes (GNDI) and was previously Chair of the Wellington Homeless Women’s Trust. She is currently Chair of the Ethical Leadership Advisory Board. With extensive governance and leadership experience, she is actively involved in community initiatives.  

A strong advocate of diversity, KP was one of the founding members of Global Women’s ‘Champions for Change’, a group of senior executives and directors who commit to diversity in the workplace. She is also a founding member of WiSPA, an organisation promoting women in sport, and mentors a number of business leaders. 


Lisa O’Neill  
In an all-too-serious world, Lisa is a colourful bubble of joy and laughter. Make no mistake, though, her memorable messages come from life-tested wisdom. From a career in fashion and television to being a mum of four, Lisa has her feet on the ground. With refreshing directness, Lisa is passionate that we should all get to live the best version of ourselves. She has written five books on how to do exactly that. ‘Look Gorgeous Be Happy’, ‘Juggling in High Heels’, ’The Lickable Third’, '100 Questions to Self Awareness' and 'Everything You Want'. Lisa is guaranteed to leave you inspired, energised and ready to change the way you think about life. 


Michelle Bowden
Michelle is an authority on presentation & persuasion in business. She is a CSP (the highest designation for speakers in the world), co-creator of the Persuasion Smart Profile™ (a world-first psychometric indicator that reports on your persuasiveness at work), best-selling internationally published author (Wiley), and a regular commentator in print, radio and online media. www.michellebowden.com.au 


Megan Motto
Megan is Chief Executive Officer of Governance Institute of Australia, a national membership association and leading authority on governance. Megan drives the direction of the Institute that advocates for 40,000 governance and risk management professionals from the listed, unlisted and not-for profit sectors. Megan is currently a Director of Standards Australia and a National Director for the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA). 


Petris Lapis B Com LLB LLM FIPA FFA 
Petris has worked in accounting, law, academia, banking, business and training. She has consulted to government and industry and published several books and hundreds of papers. She has studied commerce, law, coaching, NLP and hypnosis and is passionate about helping professionals thrive and succeed.  


Rhondalynn Korolak 
Rhondalynn is the founder of businest®, a lawyer (Law Society of Alberta, Canada, 1993), chartered accountant (Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants 1995, In-depth Tax Specialist 1997), business coach, best-selling author, & keynote speaker specialising in cash flow, pricing value, and making the shift to advisory.  


Shelly Davies
At 47 this year, Shelly is living a dream she didn’t know she had – helping people live more fully, more authentically, and more in their truth.  She does this with a lot of laughs, her traditional Māori chin tattoo, and a fair amount of curse words sprinkled liberally through everything she does, even her website.  Shelly’s known as a writing trainer for government departments and technical professionals, but her story is one of loving self through dead husbands, depression, obesity, single parenting, running an #accidentallyawesome business, and even, much to her equal dismay and delight, grandparenting. 


Tupe Solomon-Tanoa’i
Tupe held several senior roles in the public service before being appointed the chief philanthropic officer of the Michael and Suzanne Borrin Foundation which funds legal research, education and scholarship.  The Samoan/Fijian Kiwi is the creator of an independent web series called Misadventures of a Pacific Professional. The award-nominated series tackles unconscious bias, diversity and inclusion. Her chat show, Talanoa with Tupe, showcases successful Pacific peoples.  

In 2020, Tupe was recognised as one of the University of Auckland’s 40 under 40 and won the diversity category in the New Zealand Women of Influence Awards.
