This activity will teach you the fundamentals in project management best practice.
You will gain clarity on the stages of the project life and learn how to develop a project plan including: project mission, goals, objectives, scope and charter documents.
Other key learnings include estimating and scheduling project work, using Gantt charts, network diagrams and other tools.
We will also cover how to monitor and control a project, implement a risk management plan, manage threats to time, cost and scope, and conduct a review upon completion, developing effective communication and influencing skills, to present yourself and the project, will help you to manage multiple relationships involved, as well as to lead and drive the project forwards successfully.
