In this session, attendees will receive an overview of Copilot's applications across various M365 use cases in the accounting industry. Additionally, the Microsoft Finance AI journey and AI learning will be discussed, including how to get started.
Examples of AI utilization in the finance industry will be provided, followed by the observed business outcomes.

Dyean Moodley CA
Account Executive - Professional Services, Microsoft
Dyean Moodley is a Chartered Accountant and leads Professional Services at Microsoft ANZ. She and her team lead the Microsoft partnership with accounting practices across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Microsoft she was in public practice and lead a number of transformation and innovation initiatives for accounting, tax and audit.
Martyn Gridley
Copilot Technical Specialist, Microsoft
Martyn Gridley is a Copilot Technical Specialist at Microsoft and is based in Sydney. He is a subject matter expert and works with Professional Services firms across ANZ, assisting them on their Copilot for M365 journey.
Susan O'Neill
Commercial Finance Director, Microsoft
Susan O’Neill is the Commercial Finance Director for Microsoft ANZ. She, and her team, are the Finance team supporting the Sales, marketing and technical teams. Susan has been with Microsoft for just over 7 years and has worked in the Asean HQ in Singapore and led the Windows Global Finance group based in Seattle. During her time in Microsoft she has led a number of transformational initiatives such as centralising and automating the global commercial field forecast process using machine learning, implemented machine learning for the Windows business and been a part of the global data unification project. Susan also leads the local finance customer engagements.
