Management and Leadership Skills Development Programme
The aim of this three-day interactive activity is to assist managers and team leaders in developing and updating key management, leadership and influencing skills to enhance both their own performance and that of the staff they lead.
This activity will outline the skills, attributes and behaviours of an effective leader including delegation and coaching, plus communication and influencing. Key skills you will cultivate are resilience, negotiation skills, problem solving and decision making. You will learn how to work with different personalities, handle performance issues with courageous conversations, use transactional analysis to drive change and motivate your team to achieve positive outcomes.
