This course provides the skills and resources leaders need to accelerate the process of implementing change.
In today’s complex and competitive environment, it’s no surprise that 70 percent of workplace change initiatives fail. For workplace change initiatives to be successful, organisations need leaders who can turn resistance into commitment and inspire team members to take ownership of change. This activity provides solutions for how to accelerate the acceptance and implementation of change.You will be introduced to four common reactions to change and the importance of moving people toward embracing change. Importantly, you will also be introduced to three change accelerators which support you in responding to both the rationale and emotional responses to change, while also helping team members to regain a sense of control.
Finally, you will complete an action plan for helping teams move closer to embracing change, using the skills and tips from the course.
