2020 forced us all to think differently about everything. It was a year of unprecedented and unimaginable change. What we learned will allow us to readjust, strategies and find the opportunities to thrive in this new world – put simply Survive, Revive & Thrive. We have complied a full day of knowledgeable business experts and inspirational speakers to explore the major trends and disruptive forces impacting business and profession, such as rapid technological change and continuing global economic uncertainty due to COVID-19.
The programme is set to inspire and guide attendees to answer the call of an increasingly digitised and changing business environment with a mix of local and national business leaders.

Jo is an experienced consultant who has led a variety of projects and assignments.  She is regularly asked to facilitate strategy sessions with leadership teams, coach emerging leaders and lead substantial policy, strategy and gender projects

Sharon Zollner, Chief Economist - ANZ
Sharon joined the Economics team in 2010 and became Chief Economist in late 2017. She started her career as a macroeconomist at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in 1998, and has also worked at the Central Bank of Norway. Sharon created the Truckometer in 2012.

Grant was appointed Deputy Prime Minister in the 2020 Labour Government, alongside Minister of Finance, Minister for Infrastructure, Minister for Racing, Minister for Sport and Recreation, and Minister Responsible for the Earthquake Commission

Parekawhia has over 20 years of public policy and public sector management experience including almost seven years as a Director and Consultant of her own company Mauriora-ki-te-Ao/Living Universe Ltd (MKTA) – a company dedicated to advancing the creative potential of Māori knowledge, people and resources.

Chris O'Reilly, CEO - AskYourTeam
Chris was co-founder of AskYourTeam in 2014. Prior to starting AskYourTeam Chris spent a decade as a professional Director and undertaking CEO/GM coaching and mentoring.
Chris has extensive CEO and Senior Management experience including CEO of Christchurch Transport Limited and has held CEO/GM roles with Ascot Hospital, Citibank, and KFC (NZ).
